Synergy home care staff helped home care for our mother, Rose. Tom, office staff were all comprehensive in explaining the process and procedures for care. The caregiver chooses for Mom, Sonia was a perfect fit. She went above and beyond her duties to make mom comfortable, safe, and loved. Her care with Mom put our minds at ease and gave us the respite we needed. So very much appreciated all the help and support at Synergy.

Synergy provided the perfect support to allow my mother to continue living in her home, which meant everything to her. The caregivers and administrative team were consistently caring, professional, and compassionate. They quickly adapted schedules to meet her changing needs, which made all the difference in managing doctors’ appointments and day-to-day life. Her primary caregiver, Maureen, was truly a blessing—she formed a wonderful bond with my mother that brought her comfort, companionship, and dignity. I am deeply grateful for the kindness and flexibility Synergy brought to this chapter of her life.

I cant thank Giselle Sotuyo enough for the thoughtfulness and kind words during this difficult time in our lives. She took her time explaining everything and was really sincere. She even called me back to follow up and see if there were any other questions or what I had decided to do with my father. Even though we decided to put him in assisted living she still took her time and treated me like a friend and showed she really cares about people. In this crazy world you don't see that often, but she really showed what all home health care companies should show, empathy! I hope Synergy really appreciates her and knows how valuable she is to them.

It was a difficult decision for me to make to get some help. My husband is in the very advanced stages of Alzheimer’s. Brian came and met with me and my husband, did an assessment and I agreed to go forward. Sofia is the caregiver that comes to be with my husband. She is outstanding!! I highly recommend this company.
