However, what truly elevates Comfort Keepers is the strength of their internal operations. Dealing with the Customer Service and H.R. Departments has been an absolute pleasure. In the often-stressful world of arranging care, their team brings a level of professionalism, clarity, and genuine responsiveness that is rare to find. Whether it was a simple scheduling adjustment or handling complex administrative questions, the H.R. team was outstanding. They were supportive, highly efficient, and demonstrated a clear commitment to fostering a positive and professional environment. Comfort Keepers came to the rescue. Our family member was being discharged from the hospital without provisions for a rehab facility but still needed 24/7 care. Called Comfort Keepers and within a half hour the coordinator was meeting with us in the hospital room. We had everything in place for a 24/7 sitter for two weeks starting that afternoon. I can’t give this group enough praise. The bond with the sitter was established and all has gone perfectly. The alarm bells were silenced by the professionalism and compassion of Comfort Keepers.

Comfort Keepers caregivers are extremely efficient, patient, and reliable. On top of the care itself their management is excellent with helping navigate through the steps and processes it takes to receive the care you need. Everyone is very approachable and overall a pleasure to speak with and be around.
