I was in a tough situation and needed caregiving help for a relative in Littleton. I live out of state. I called a few places, impressed by both, and thought I had made a decision, then Touching Hearts was recommended to me. I called and Michelle answered. I IMMEDIATELY knew I had found the place to help us. She was so kind, knowledgeable and just a lovely human. Ryan, the owner, went personally to the rehab to see my family member and even picked him up, drove him home and got him settled in. This is not a hands-off off owner, he is in the trenches with them and cares deeply. Christina the weekend person was ALWAYS ready to help - again with kindness and understanding. Ryan definitely knows how to hire!! I am SO lucky I found them AND when I get to Colorado again, I have it on my to-do list to go by their office to meet them in person. ♥️
The team at Touching Hearts at Home is truly incredible! Ashley and Ryan go out of their way to help. I called with an urgent need late in the day at the end of the week and they managed to be there within the hour to help the family and had caregivers there in less than 2 hours from my initial call. They will sit and educate the family, provide support and help them navigate what is typically a stressful situation. The communication is amazing, especially from a community standpoint and I feel included every step of the way. Touching Hearts at Home is my go to, and I know they will continue to show up for me and the older adults that we serve.
I am so grateful that I found Touching Hearts! I was in a short notice bind for surgery. They immediately matched me with a wonderful provider, C! I felt at ease as soon as I met C! She helped me feel calm and like everything was going to be ok today. She stayed with me until my ride arrived. Thank you so much for de escalation of a very stressful day!
Ashley and Lori are awesome! I am the Life Engagement Director for an assisted living and memory care & they have brought their sparkle to our community with a fun, interactive program.
