Concierge Care - Fort Myers

My sister who is in assisted-living was having some medical issues and needed additional help with her personal issues and assistance with taking care of her pet cat.Concierge Care was there assisting her whenever she needed help. The Concierge Care staff are friendly and eager to assist in any way they possibly could. I have nothing but good things to say about Concierge Care

One of the weekend aides here on 6/7/25 did not follow instructions well and I canceled subsequent shifts. Weekday aide Zee was very helpful and would schedule again if needed. Scheduling office sent someone on Saturday 6/1425 who I had not scheduled. I had to send her away so I guess that was probably a lost shift for her. Seems like communication could have been better

From my introduction to Chantell getting me looped in and the processing of my paperwork to get me set up, it was seamless and friendly. My driver was Z and she was prompt to arrive (actually a few minutes early), was all set with the plan for my day and made sure i was safely inside before she left on my return. Then I got follow up later to make sure I was OK. Cost was very reasonable and I’ll use them as necessary in the future. Very pleased!!

The Concierge Care team in Fort Myers/Naples/Cape Coral, is outstanding! They truly care, work hard and create a personal experience like no other. I would trust them and work with them again and again!

I left a review earlier and found out this is not the company utilized by me. I have deleted the negative review and apologies for such. Not this company Concierge Care but the one that is terrible is Concierge Home Care.
