Be careful using Maxim healthcare for your child. They will lie to your face. They think they can override what a Doctors letter of medical necessity says.

I live in a rural area and it's can be challenging to find my son a nurse in my area. I normally wait a few weeks to months before reaching out to other companies. Maxim has always encouraged me to seak other agencies in hopes to get services for my child. I have done so a few times and now they refuse to help due to me switching agencies. They HIGHLY encouraged me to reach out due to them not being able to staff my son. Now they are saying they refuse to help us anymore due to nurses quitting. I have reached out to corporate and waiting for a call back.

They send people who want to spend the time on their cell phones and do lousy job. Low quality service, they don't care about customers. They, especially, lack sensitivity to veteran families needs. They simply don't care. Very bad experience with every caregiver they sent. We reported one sleeping while on the clock and trying to sneak things out. We shared photos about it. They ended up accusing us of mistreating that person. They will blame you each time you report something. Be careful.

Maxim has been such a hardworking company for us and our needs. Amanda has been nothing but a strong force of fairness and discipline towards the employees who have been exceedingly great, and even those who have not met our expectations. Jenna and Katelyne have been working tirelessly to find us our full coverage nursing, though not always succeeding but always staying in contact and letting us know ahead of time. We know they are striving to find us the best match to assist us on taking care of our little man. Overall the company is fantastic, with great nurses and staff to make us feel at home in our own home!

I love working with Maxim. They have great respect for their Nurses, and make every effort to assist us with whatever we need to take exceptional care of our patients. I absolutely recommend Maxim to families in need of this service and as a wonderful organization to work with.
