Right at Home

I contacted Right at Home for my mom, who just had a pacemaker put in and wasn't able to complete daily tasks at home. They come out 2 times a week and have been exactly what my mother needed when she needed it. Her caretaker is amazing, and my mom loves her. She completes all the stuff my mom needs and all the tasks that Right at Home assigns her to do. It's definitely been a blessing having Right at Home step in and give the right help. They even have a family check-in page for the family to monitor work performed, and you can add notes for things to get done if the patient can't remember. From the people in the office to help you get qualified to the caretakers themselves, they have all been amazing and made the process so easy. I couldn't have asked for a better company to care for my mom. I highly recommend this company! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the love and attention you all have given my mom!

The Right at Home located at 3305 Altamesa Blvd, Fort Worth, Texas 76133, by far exceeds my expectations. The owner of the franchise Sandra Chiles and the office manager, Shawonna Locke are exceptionally professional and compassionate. Currently, I am a retired Municipal Court Judge and Assistant City Attorney who served the City of Fort Worth for more than 25 years. I expect a high level of dedication and proficiency. At the same time, I am a bedridden-paraplegic requiring caregivers who perform my Activities of Daily Living (ADLs). My caregivers handle the following: grooming, meal and snack preparation, physical repositioning every two hours, bed baths, emptying output from the catheters and colostomy bag, replacing the colostomy bag when necessary, dispensing medications and housekeeping. Therefore, I acknowledge the following caregivers for their awesome professionalism, attentiveness and good bedside manners: LaCrisha, Kate, Hannah, Carol, Siera, Lydia, Ruth, Rachel,Erica,Katina, Shanta,Margaret, Katiuska and Tracie.
