Comfort Keepers

Can not say enough about the this company. Having used other companies to help with my father, Comfort Keepers has been outstanding in his and my families care. They go out of their way to accommodate your needs, are on time/early to assignment, friendly and hard working. They work with you,. Our team of caregivers 1 weekdays and 2 different ones on Saturdays have been godsends to us. They work on finding a fit for your needs and loved ones. All of caregivers that have been to our home with this service not only did tasks and care within the care plan as defined but did the small things that needed done without being asked. If the trash can was full, it was taken out, dusting, folding a load laundry etc. It may seem trivial to some but if your doing care for loved one mostly on your own, the small stuff matters. You need to communicate 2 weeks to cancel, but can usual add time within that. They make an effort to meet your needs.

My experience with Comfort Keepers has been very positive. It is nice to be part of an organization that cares about there clients well being. Each person seems to take a personalized approach to clients needs. I believe that is what really sets it apart from other agencies. I would recommend the services to any of my own family or friends.

Comfort Keepers' staff are compassionate and are always willing to work with us to meet our needs. It doesn't matter if it's a weekend or holiday they are still on top of taking care of our residents when we them to assist. These people are really good about matching our resident to their staff as much as possible. We have been very appreciative of this group and their response to us and our residents.

We used Comfort Keepers services for over 4 years on a limited basis. Most experiences were very positive. Like all home care services there is a great deal of turnover in staffing which can make finding and keeping a caregiver that is a good fit for your needs difficult. CK takes this seriously and will work hard to find you those special caregivers and do their best to have them return on a regular basis. We would have been lost without CK. Comfort Keepers has amazing caregivers! They are compassionate and empathetic! Their office staff are professional and very good at responding & keeping in close contact with the clients and families. I would recommend my own family to them as well as friends and anyone else!
