I've been working with Ali and his team at Blue Mountain Home Health Care since January 2019 and I am very pleased with the services they provide. Always available and willing to help out with any matter, constantly following up and staying in contact with me and my family member to whom the services are provided to. Cherish is also great, very polite, and considerate with any issues or concerns she's always attentive and well informed". I would highly recommend this agency to anyone.

I had the opportunity to interact with both Cherish and Mr Ali of Blue Mountain Home Health care and I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for home health care for the elderly. They both are very personable and cater to the individual needs of the client and I am truly impressed with the services they have provided to the community and to me and my mother. I have had them for more than 2 years now and give them a thumbs up for a 5* category

We have had these services for a few years and since we had these services we cannot get a reliable staff member to take care of my family member. The managers don't seem to care about their staffing. The staff member just comes and goes as she pleases and they cannot properly fulfill spot. We have went through multiple employees and this is no way to show that this service provides care for a disabled person or an elderly person.

If you care about your loved ones and want to make sure they are taking care of. Then stay away from this company. They don't show up and if they do they are on their phone constantly. They also go outside to smoke for over an hour or just sleep on the couch for most of their shift. The male supervisor doesn't even really care and shows no sympathy and doesn't care.

I had wonderful care from HHAs. Ali (boss) has a heart of gold and tried to match me with exactly what I needed. Unfortunately, I lost the most wonderful aide who was stupendous. Would recommend highly. Unfortunately, aides are not available for my area.
