Wow praise God for Ms Gina, she works at agape care and is the most patient person that I have met in the health care industry! She is just so nice with the providers and the clients too! She goes out of her way to meet the expectations of her job duties! In reality Ms Emily and Ms Hortencia aren’t too far behind either! They are all awesome and always on top of what we need!
Agape is my moms Provider Service. The Agency is highly responsive to our scheduling needs and advises us on who to call when I have questions about how to keep my mom at home with me, who to request additional Provider hours etc. We just got authorization for an increase from 11.15 hours per week to 16.15 hours, which is a huge help. Thanks to Agape for being there for us when needed!
It is one of the best companies, if not the best, in the care of elderly or terminally ill people, they have a first class team and they coordinate with health insurance in a very special way, I thank them very much for taking care of my mother who in five months will be turning 99 years old. Thank you Agape for taking care of her.
