This agency has provided services which have been unacceptable. First of all they send an inexperienced worked with no training either OJT or otherwise to assist with a 87 year male confined to a wheelchair. Worker who tells client she has never bathed anyone and afraid to do so but expects him to be okay with the comment. Not only that once a request was made for a replacement the supervisor advises that she will just terminate the services immediately. Told me she would report her decision to the case worker. It was not until I attempted to call the caseworker that I found out the caseworker was out of office for the next 10 days. Therefore had I not called myself no services would have been performed for another 2 weeks. Upon returning a call to her she stated they did not have any replacements and in my opinion no honest attempts were made to do so. I have no problems with running a small family business however train your people before placing them in people homes and know that clients have a right to make complaints when services are not adequate. In the two weeks of services neither week was the full hours of services given and apparently the aid was not clearly explained her job duties. I am an advocate of supporting black owned business, however they need to be held to the same level of accountability as any other. Knowledge skills and abilities is essential!!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!!

I am disgusted by the care I've been receiving. There have been days I was left without care. When I contacted the agency about the missed time being made up, I was told the situation would be handled. Nothing was done to correct the issue. They did not have anyone on call, nor do they have any employees staffed on weekends. I am disabled and it's not as though I can stop being disabled on any particular day I choose. It has been extremely disappointing and stressful to have this agency working with me.
