Outstanding service, on short notice (4hours) Cristina was able to get a qualified CNA to meet me when I arrived home from the hospital. She was a true professional during the intake process and contacted me often to check on my progress and my condition. She was very engaged and knowledgeable of my needs and exceeded my expectations.She was very helpful throughout the entire process. The CNA, Lorna went out of her way late at night to get all my medications at the pharmacy. She provided transportation and food shopping with great care and a smile. She was extremely supportive during the two weeks she cared for me. I would recommend Griswold to anyone without hesitation. I have used this service twice and they would be my first call if I needed medical home-care support in the future. Providing a CNA for home care quickly in just a few days. CNA seems well trained and pleasant. Changing hours of support was a little challenging with the agency expecting the customer negotiates pay and hours with the home health aid which is complicated by a language barrier.

We are very grateful for Griswold and providing a wonderful caregiver for our Mom in Key West Florida. I am no longer worried about her care and can feel safe about her being able to stay in her own home.
