Attention! I want to please give special recognition to Dee ❤️🙏 this nurse SAVED my day! I was walking my dog and he pulled me, making me drop my phone in the grass, at a massive park. I initially passed by her, watching her help a woman walk. Holding her hand, taking every single step with the greatest of patience and caution, peppered with love and true good care. Before my incident, I thought in my head "there's a darn good nurse there, so loving and patient, we need more of her in the world". Then when I realized my phone had fallen I was panicked. She was so nice and calm, could tell I was in crisis mode and she didn't leave her patients but she did take the time to calm me down and call my phone until I could run and find it. Nobody else would have given me the time of day, but she did. Please give her a raise, give her praise, you all are lucky to have her working for you because before I even lost my phone, my heart was filled with love and respect for her helping that woman walk with a smile on her face and love in her heart. I work in healthcare and trust me, it's not always the case. With Dee, your loved one is in amazing hands, I hope if I'm lucky enough to get old one day that I have a Dee taking care of me the way she does so lovingly and carefully with your patients. She's an amazing human and please let her know how wonderful she is

The caregiver support provided by Jovita and Lawanda accommodated the needs of my husband Felix during his wound care, occupational, and physical therapy sessions. They prepared his meals and assisted with his movement around the home. They were nice, compassionate, and empathetic during his recovery from surgery.

Home Instead is amazing! They were extremely helpful and could start right away for my mom. They gave my mom the independence feel while giving me the comfort of knowing someone was with my mom. They are communicative and flexible as your needs change. My mom created such a beautiful bond with Gloria and they both cried when we had to move her. Gloria loved my mom so well and protected her like a best friend. They still text to check in with each other. I would recommend this place or Gloria to everyone!
