We requested few hours a week of care giving to a special need farly independent at home, adult but no fallow up for two months. It look like they look for only jucy case of full time hours.

I’ve had several different care givers and all have been wonderful! Pam gets things done, but Christa is fast to see details of the help I need as well as following the care plan. She’s also the most fun!! Now I know that the three care givers (Kathy is wk.end worker) are all dependable and great with the needs I have. I’ve grown close to them so the daily care is happy and has a good range of covered needs. Bright Star hires very trustworthy and diverse workers.

My new caregiver, Shaquan Adair who started around 6 weeks ago has shown himself to be both compassionate and very helpful. He is the type of employee that Brightstar can be very proud of choosing to be a member of their care team. He arrives on time, helps me with what I need, is courteous and professional; I am very satisfied with both Brightstar and Shaquan.

Brightstar has been fantastic with providing my son with excellent care. My son has been in and out of the hospital due to health conditions and Brightstar has been there every step of the way. His family caregiver Darlana is amazing. I can't say enough about the whole staff and their patience and care. Our family is very pleased 😊

I was told that Bright Star was a good company and that they had very good care givers. Oh my stars! What a terrible and awful company!!! They have poor communication between the employees. They all need to get on the same page!! When their caregiver fell asleep while I was in pain....and was attached to her cell phone they made me feel like I was in the wrong!!! My ultimate goal is to get better and go back to teaching. They made everything worse!!! They are being reported to the Area Agency on Aging. I will make sure that anyone that I know who is in need of assistance that I tell them that Bright Star lied to me several times and does not care about the client but their lazy incompetent employees!!!
