I absolutely love my caregiver, Melanie who was an amazing presence through my medical journey. She was attentive, sweet, always by my side to make sure I had everything I needed. In addition, the folks at Honeyhill were person centered, allowed flexibility in scheduling, and were reasonablely priced for the services they provided. They were attentive in providing services and always made sure that I had the comprehensive care necessary for me to be able to be supported through my journey. I have experience with HoneyHill as a client. I have mild cerebral palsy and broke my hip. I needed short term overnight care after rehab from hip repair surgery. My caregivers including Lisa and Betty were very professional, friendly and perceptive. They always took initiative to make things easier for me. They started with me as caregivers and left as friends. My family was pleased with HoneyHill before I needed care. My mom was also a Honeyhill client. She had some dementia and needed help with personal grooming and exercises. Companion care was also helpful for her. Taylor was the perfect fit. She is kind, friendly, and was able to motivate my mom to do tasks. Taylor handled the challenges of caring for my mom with grit and grace. Our family will always be thankful for the peace of mind and companionship she provided us during my mom’s final months. Everyone I dealt with at HoneyHill was very caring and helpful. Mike Cutter, the owner, came personally and talked with my Mother before we started having a caregiver come and Mom thought he helped match her up with the perfect caregiver from the very beginning. We had several come over the period of time we used HoneyHill and all of the caregivers were great. One of her favorites even visited Mom after Mom fell and broke her leg on a day we didn't have HoneyHill providing care. She visited her while she was in the hospital, while she was in rehab, and after moving to assisted living. I have seen the same level of love and care with the HoneyHill caregivers working with the family across the street from us. When we needed 24x7 care, HoneyHill came through on short notice and provided consistent, great care for Mom. We ultimately had to move other assisted living as a more cost-effective form of care but I wish we could have afforded to keep her with HoneyHill as their care was more personable and engaging than assisted living has proven to be.
