Synergy Homecare of Palm Bay

I contacted Synergy Home Care of Palm Bay to ask about home nursing services for my cousin Weems when he was discharged to come to my home after rehab. Carlos, the owner, made an appointment with me to come and discuss what services we might need. And to let me know how much it would cost. I told him that I knew my cousin was a veteran and could qualify for benefits to help with payment, but I was unfamiliar with how to start the process with the VA. He provided me the phone number to call, and “coached” me about whom to ask for. He even knew that the phone was seldom answered, and he had both of us calling simultaneously to double our chances to get an answer. He did all of these things without knowing whether we would be able to use his company. Unfortunately, the VA dropped the ball. They didn’t respond to any of the subsequent messages I left for them. It took more than 4 months to get them moving on the process. But once they completed the process, and determined how many hours of benefits were allowed, I remembered Carlos’ helpfulness. I asked if the VA would contact Synergy of Palm Bay to offer them the contract to provide my cousin with home nursing care. I was glad to find out they had awarded Synergy of Palm Bay the contract. Carlos quickly worked on the logistics to getting us home nurses. His company has responded quickly to answer any questions I had during the first few days of home care. I would highly recommend Synergy Home Care of Palm Bay and Carlos as a company who not only provides home health care, but does it with a kind and willing heart to provide the best care possible. They do their best to match the nurses with the needs of the patient.

Synergy was just what we needed start to finish. Carlos is such a kind man. He helps you out the gate. He spends time meeting you and the family. Then Anna puts the right team member in place to fill your need. My mom has dementia and really liked both people they paired with her. We plan to keep using them at the memory care where my mom lives. They are kind, caring and compassionate and most of all trustworthy.

Ilka is head and shoulders above all 3 of our previous homecare workers. Never sat around playing with the phone. Always was looking for ways to help out. Always very kind and gentle with my wife. She is definitely a keeper.
