Be aware that this business will give you a hard time when getting your deposit back. The company requires you to place a deposit prior to starting services with them but does not refund your deposit in a timely manner. The owner, Ester Ramos, has been avoiding refunding clients their deposit, especially if the amount is large. I believe that if you're in the business of helping people, you should have the decency and morals to hold your end of the contract and be professional about it.

Certain care givers are rather rude and can come up to 30 minutes late without notifying the people. It doesn’t seem like they enforce mask wearing when in home... even though they work with seniors during a pandemic. Better to look elsewhere
