Professional Assistance for Seniors

We acquired 24/7 aide services for our 94 yr old Father who had broken his leg back in March. In order for the rehab facility to release him we had to have round the clock care for him. From the initial meeting to currently we have only experienced professionalism and the best customer service possible from the office staff through to the aides. Totally impressed how the manager would meet at the house each aide that had a shift for the first time to introduce them to my parents. Everyone has been extremely accommodating as the recovery journey continues. We would highly recommend this agency to others. Actually I have passed along your name all ready. These are good people. They provided aides to us at home for my husband whose main problem is dementia. Never once did they fail to have someone for us. We had 3 really outstanding people and most importantly, my husband related well to everyone. We had to discontinue only because of an admission to the hospital and on release he will be going to a memory care home. If he could safely be at home we'd still be having aides from Home Instead.

Home Instead is a fabulous home care agency. I have been using them since this summer for in home care for my sister. When she was being discharged, they were able to get someone in the home the next day. The care is exceptional, compassionate and professional. We have worked with Companions, Home Health Aides and Nurses, all wonderful. Lori Myers was easy to work with and fantastic at meeting our needs. I cannot recommend them enough. I work in home care professionally for many years for a different agency. Home Instead does it right.

From working with us to develop an individualized care plan to making sure someone is always there at the scheduled time, has been so helpful. And everyone is always so cheerful!
