They have been good up this point. When billing they get a net 30. And when there 8 days past due and have been called 2 times and I still have no answers to my problem that's not good. I don't want to tell our member they can't come because of non payment but it's looking that way. I'm trying to get answers so I won't have to but I have not received payment or explanation as to why. Come on you can do better. Same old story with this company 60 days past due on 1 invoice, June invoice, July invoice now past due, I'm guessing August invoice will be late for some lame excuse. There client is looking for a new provider. Because there going to be suspended. But they don't care. Why we only have problems with this particular company throws all kinds of red flags.. stay away. Wow this company is so sorry.. we have suspended our member for lack of payment from this company they've made excuse after excuse for non payment. Over $4500.00.. Just terrible that there taking this money.. BBB and investigative reporters will looking into this. They've pushed the wrong people.

Don't sign a contract with them to be your loved ones agents. They don't pay out to the agencies that see to your loved ones care. They are very slow to reimburse and when they are confronted for non payment of services. They simply ignore the invoices. Don't sign with them.

Do not pick these people to manage your children's waiver services. They also own CDS in TX and when they fail to do their job. They all blame everyone else at the other "side" of the their offices. When you ask for dismissal paperwork they will not provide it so that they can keep billing the state while they do nothing to provide services.

We have been using DSSW since 2016. We are very happy with the services that we receive. Everyone has been professional, knowledgeable and helpful.

They're ok, but would prefer this location instead of going to the downtown location.
