Griswold is a terrific organization. They have helped my wife and I get through our Alzheimer's Journey for the last several years. Not only do they provide great care they also support families in other ways including leading support groups, education and providing great resources. We really appreciate all that they have done for us. You can not go wrong with this company. I also wanted to mention they will help folks with their VA benefits. There are some good programs that my friends have taken advantage of.

We have been clients with Griswold Home Care for several weeks. Their Caregivers have been a huge help for us. They are kind, professional, and well trained. They help when needed and are great at volunteering when they see the need. The staff have been very helpful as we navigate through this time. We have needed to make changes to our hours since this is a new service for us and the staff have responded to us and accommodated our needs with understanding. I would recommend Griswold Home Care to anyone needing caregivers.

Outstanding customer service and quality care for our Dad! Griswold has been incredible to our family as we had to navigate home care for our veteran father who had quadruple bypass, onset of dementia, and a slow but steady medical decline. With our Mother still fully working and owning a business, Griswold was able to assist us in understanding benefits that would allow for a caregiver to be with my Dad a few hours a week. Providing us with relief that he was in good hands, but would allow our mom to still run her day to day operations with peace of mind. Griswold has been life changing for our family and we are thankful for their staff and team. Especially the McGuire Family who run such an incredibly efficient and organized operation.

Wonderful service. The ladies are all so nice and helpful. Allowed me to go home directly from hospitalization and be in my own home which for me is worth everything. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs home healthcare. My recovery is progressing much faster being in my home and having these amazing ladies helping me with anything I need. I cannot thank them enough. They are nothing short of a blessing to me.

I hired Griswold based on a former employee's recommendation. She couldnt say enough good things about the company so without any hesitation I hired them to care for my elderly mom who has an advanced form of Lewy Body Dementia. During the initial interview we went over all my requirements and concerns. I was told they would find the perfect match. We discussed the fact that mom was on hospice and very delicate and without hesitation I was reassured they they would find the qualified person, not so!!!! The caregiver said it was her 1st assignment. I called the office to find out for myself and they had no information on her experience. I have been a caregiver for special needs children for 30 years both with school system and private and I assure you this person was not matched correctly. I don't fault the caregiver because she worked at her level of experience which was very little. I fault the administration in charge. If you're looking for quality care spend time with them before you release them with you're loved one. Mom was left soiled in urine and is in the care of a wound specialist now. Be careful who you hire. Tough lesson learned. To administration not interested in your response save it for one of you're positive comments
