My Caretaker Marie was an outstanding and very caring person. I would recommend her to everyone, since in the beginning of my caretaking of with take care they did give me several to choose from and Marie was my first day. I was so disappointed that I didn’t get her back Until I requested her, Take care of a growing from and I’m sure they’ll work out these little quirks once they have a chance to train all of the ones wonderful caretakers That they have on team. This was our first experiece with Home Health and everything about Take Care Home Health was impressive! From intake to discharge, the company worked like a well- oiled machinel The office staff understood our needs and were supportive and determined to meet our needs in a way that made it easy on usl And every single Home Health Aide who came to our home or to the the hospital while my husband was an in-patient were caring, warm and determinedly helpful. They offered to help and followed throught with whatever the task at hand was. Having Take Care aides help us during this difficult time was one of the smartest decisions we've made. We cannot imagine getting throught this challenging time without their assistance.

The services and personnel of Take Care in home health care have been invaluable to our family. From the beginning of our experience to the end, we received personal attention from Take Care for the needs of our aunt. It is difficult to navigate a loved ones sudden, declining health, and in our case, from long distance. We had confidence that her care and safety was the priority of Take Care. Our aunt's wishes and her home were respected at all times. Sue Wise met with our aunt to initially explain their services and give her reassurance of what could be expected. Take Care nursing supervisor Gloria communicated with the family from the release of our aunt from the rehabilitation facility through every step of our often-changing situation. All of the aids took excellent care of our aunt. But a special recognition is needed for Augustine who cared for our aunt for the duration. Augustine not only went above and beyond in her care, but she provided emotional comfort that was exemplary. At the end of her life, their skilled nurses provided twenty-four hour care. I especially appreciated that several of them had been prior employees of a local hospice company. Their input and guidance of what to expect gave me great comfort and peace. It afforded us the opportunity to fulfil her wish of living in her home through the end of her life. This could not have been possible without Take Care. Thank you Gloria, Augustine, Gabby, Tristian, Carmen, Latricia, Darlene, and Holly. I am sure that I am forgetting several, but I do appreciate all of the staff at Take Care.
