The ease of hiring and planning is only outweighed by the care and attention Tender Care gave to my mom. The caregivers (Dee, Betty and especially Louise and a few coverage people here and there) was warm, professional but never made my mom feel like she was anything but a capable human with feelings. Especially Louise who grew to be a cherished friend in the last few months spending almost every day with my mom. The owner, Jodi, was amazing, anticipating my needs, questions and always available to make sure that things were going well. I recommend this team 100%.

In the 3 yrs I’ve been caring for a parent with dementia I’ve dealt with more agencies in the area than I can count. I wish I had called TenderCare at the very beginning bc it would’ve saved me time, money, and many hours of stress. From the 1st phone call, Jodi put my mind at ease and assured me they would make sure my mom received excellent care. Our caregiver, Danae, was fabulous! She was so patient & attentive to my mother’s needs, as well as mine. It was a joy having her in our home. If you’re in need of assistance for a loved one TenderCare is the agency to call. They are very affordable and best of all they were so accommodating when it came to scheduling; I wasn’t forced into an hourly minimum like every other agency demanded. I didn’t feel like I was engaging in an impersonal business arrangement - I felt like I finally found an agency that wants to provide outstanding service and help families get through the most difficult of circumstances❤️

Simply put, TenderCare services is a miracle. They were a miracle for my family, and will be a miracle for yours. It was 11pm on a Friday. My father had gotten out of the hospital from triple bypass surgery in Florida, and I just found out that the person who was going to be with him all day couldn't make it. I was in a complete panic. I called up TenderCare expecting to get some pre-recorded message. But an amazing thing happened .. a real person answered the phone. And by 8am the *very next* morning, the CEO of TenderCare himself, Alan Pearce, was standing in the lobby of my dad's home with the most incredible nurse ready to support my father. TenderCare's passion to be there for *you* is simply mind blowing. In today's day and age to find a company that is as personal and authentic as TenderCare is remarkable.
