Griswold gets a 10/10 for proactive communication. I’ve been impressed with how well informed they have kept me regarding schedule, caregivers and overall management of the patient. The management team even calls me to just check in with how I am feeling about their services. I have been extremely impressed with caregiver Janet, she has taken amazing care of the patient. Everything she does for the patient is done with care and love. She is so tender with him. Even when it was her day off, she came to visit him both at the hospital and came to his birthday party. I am also impressed with Jessica, Ada, Dee and Sam. It takes a village to care for the patient, and I feel comfortable leaving him in the hands of Griswold’s caregivers. I am grateful for the entire Griswold team here in Tulsa.

Amy Wenhams and Stephanie Biggs are two of the most compassionate and kind people I have worked with finding care for my parents. They have worked tirelessly to help find the right caregivers that suite my parents' needs. They truly want the best care for their clients. They welcome feedback and take all concerns seriously, Then, they find a solution. The caregivers have been wonderful. They are kind and informative and deeply care about my parents and their wellbeing. I highly recommend Griswold for anyone needing caregiver help.

I'm a private duty nurse. We were needing extra help with my client & your agency sent out Kelle Davis. She is simply amazing. So capable, caring, compassionate, dependable & goes above & beyond for her clients, their family & coworkers. Our client was placed on hospice in April. Kelle was beloved by our client. She is truly extraordinary. She was an asset & it was so nice to have someone so compassionate & professional working beside me to care for him until he passed away. Thank you!

If I could give them a -5 star I would. They are a terrible company and they are liars. The care is below average at best. The hospice nurse said my mom is healthier and so much calmer with our new company! There was so much friction with one caregiver it made everyone uncomfortable! Other caregivers they brought in for my 81 yr old bedridden mother stole from her. I was told by a couple caregivers some of the things taken. I was told by 1 caregiver that one of the women who stole from my mom worked and stole from another client prior to that and yet instead of firing that person they placed her with my mom, terrible! They charged my mom around $40,000 more in 2023 because they could not replace the thieves they brought in, with zero notice to me...shameful! They knew I watched out for my mom but they still found a way to swindle her. As a matter of fact someone in their terrible company came up with a slang of "watch out for Frank", ironically it turned out "watch out for Griswold"!! Well Griswold this is a reply to your reply!! You all were with my mother for about 6 weeks before you were replaced by a guardian Co. Not on you. Then I brought your co back in and you were there for about 20 months...hmm that's not 3 yrs so there's another lie! Yes I wrote that positive feedback a short time after I brought your co back...that was then, this is now. I didn't go over everything you all did to my mom, I don't have the time. I will add one thing though, since you fabricated your response...One of your employees stold my mom's $1,500 Apple IPad, one of your caregivers brought that to my attention for which I appreciated dearly!! If anyone decides to use Griswold watch out for your loved ones! If you don't have anyone to help look out for you, good luck!

Overall the experience was good. I felt confident being able to leave while my husband was being cared for. There were even times that a caregiver noticed concerns needing medical attention. I was especially thankful for Michelle who stayed with us for over a year and a half!
