U Got a Friend

Worst ever. Home health was order for my son and based on reviews at the time we chose this company. First red flag was the phone being answered in such a non professional manner, the lady did not say who she was or what company she was with just a hello. I had to initiate everything even after the orders were sent to them, no call for 4 days. FINALLY we had a nurse come out to do the initial assessment. She was told he had stitches that would need to be removed in 4 days. She told us when she left we would here back in a day or 2 with the schedule. Here we are OVER S WEEK LATER and no calls, no visits, won't answer our calls or return them. Took son in to get stitches removed by his pup and they were INBEDDED IN HIS SKIN AND INFECTED due to being in longer than they were supposed to be. Needless to say, we canceled their service and will be going to another home health that can be bothered to do their damn job properly and efficiently.

I have used miss Sheila for awhile now and I can honestly say we love her!!!! She cleans so efficiently and she's thorough, paying attention to every detail , friendly with our dogs and helpful with anything , I just love having her come in and help clean and make everything so shiny and new again, she's a cleaner we'll be using as long as we can, just amazing!!! Flawless cleaning service so yes!!!! this hard working lady really puts her whole heart into her work and it shows , her compassion with people is so special, she really truly does care about the people she cleans for! Love love love her!! Will highly recommend her to anyone !

They came and transported my brother to a surgery this morning. The professionalism was top tier. Kind and friendly staff, felt like we had known them for years. Usually transports can be awkward, but today was different. They did better than EMSA transport has done over the past 15 years. Highly recommend and will definitely be my brother’s main transportation company! 15/10 highly recommend

Terrible terrible place transportation is the worst, quite a few times they have been late im talking 30 minutes to an hour and a half late. Twice they didn't even show up my son Colton missed his appt. Would not recommend this place i wish SoonerRide would STOP using them

Sheila was sent to me for housekeeping. She gets right in there and gets things done. My house is sparkling and tidy after her visit. She does not spend time on the phone. She does not sit and procrastinate. And she is thorough. It's good to see someone with a fine work ethic. She seems what needs to be done and does it. I never realized how much an efficient housekeeper can contribute to my mental health and positive attitude. There is a huge shortage of good housekeepers out there. I know this from personal experience and friends. Bad housekeepers affect the mental and emotional health of the elderly. Something to think about.
