Health Network of Wisconsin, operating since 2006 is a licensed personal care agency providing services in Milwaukee and the surrounding areas. Health Network of Wisconsin is a team of health care providers, many of whom are CNA, CBRF and HHA certified. We provide prompt and courteous personal care in your home or wherever your loved one may reside under the supervision of licensed professionals. We can come to your home and assist with simple tasks such as dressing, bathing, cooking, catheter care, range of motion, and bowel routines. Services are provided for as few as 3 hours a day or 24 hour around the clock care if needed. Pop in flat rate services may be available in certain areas. We work with The Veterans Administration, IRIS, Community Care, CareWisconsin, Inclusa, ICare, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, Optum and Forward Health.
