Lower Cape Fear Lifecare

We were here a few weeks ago while the wonderful people here helped and supported my Granny as she passed. We felt so blessed to have been able to bring someone we loved to this wonderful facility. Everyone we encountered was incredibly helpful and made this experience so peaceful for our family. We were all so impressed with how caring the nurses and staff were. As a family who was there during a difficult time, each staff member, the nurses, the women who kept the room clean, the chaplain, the receptionists, and even the volunteers who brought pets - all were exceptionally kind and gracious. All of our family felt calmed by their knowledge and help during our time there. We also know that our Granny was cared for in the best way possible. Thank you so very much for all you do ❤️.

The staff here was so friendly and made sure we knew what was happening each day. The hospice center brought so much peace to our loved one at the end of his life and really allowed him to have meaningful visits with family and friends. I will be forever grateful to them and highly recommend that anyone else who finds themselves in this tough position try them out.

No family looks forward to having to be apart of this medical facility however it brings great comfort knowing that if you do this place will greet you with compassion and support. Not only for your loved one but for the family as well. Thank you for your service during a very challenging time. End of life is never comfortable but you and your staffs smiles and compassion truly is appreciated. May God continue to bless you all as you help families like you helped mine. Both my parents were in Hospice. The staff provided outstanding care in my home and in the care center. They were caring and compassionate not only to my parents but to myself and my siblings. I am forever grateful for Lower Cape Fear Lifecare and all they do for their patients and their families.

I was told by some of the medical professionals that the Cape Fear Life Care was one of the best they've ever seen. As I spent each night with my mother at this facility, the nurses and assistants (all the attending staff) were so kind and gentle. When they came in, they whispered and handled my mother so gently, rotated her on a regular basis (which the hospital didn't even do) and constantly kept her clean--all the time. When my mother died a few days later, on the last memory I have is that she was warm, comfortable, clean, dry and so well taken care of. Any wound, whether it be from the hospital tape or what have you, was bandaged professionally and kept clean and bandaged. I'm a paramedic, and.I tell you I have never seen such professional and incredible care than from these beautiful angels of mercy. It's because of them that my last memory of my mother was that she was pain-free, clean and comfortable. The facility is beautiful, wonderful, clean, and very accommodating. They care about the family as much as they do the patient. I have never seen a facility as wonderful as this! I am so grateful for these beautiful people. There is literally nothing they could do to improve. They are flawlessly outstanding. Thank you members of the Lower Cape Fear LifeCare.
