Americare Weatherford

Over the past 3 years, I have engaged with Americare in Weatherford Texas to care for a family member. They served by brother with care and respect, while keeping me informed with detailed observations/reports through their portal and text messages. In addition to helping manage day-to-day needs, medical visits, and special requests, their regular presence was valued for many reasons. Keeping a close eye on changes and creating a positive part of the day as good company for someone living alone. Communications overall were the most excellent I have ever experienced. I was able to communicate through text, phone calls, email and their portal. Responses were very efficient and quickly handled. And when it comes to the hard stuff, they excell. Emergency scenarios were recognized and handled with professionalism and effectively to get the type of help we needed. I highly recommend, and would use again for my family members the services provided by Americare Weatherford headed up by Robert Ybarra. I greatly benefitted in the care provided with this agency because I live out of town and they provided support just like family would do. There were several times that I had special requests and they were handled perfectly. This group of people truly care. And they show it in the quality of care for those they serve. In my opinion, which I have generated over 3 years with my brother, and my own experiences with other home care agencies, Americare Weatherford is the Very Best Home Care agency.

Used AmeriCare to help with my parents home care while they were in Weatherford. Robert and his folks were caring, attentive and super easy to work with and I appreciate and thank them for everything.

I've been a client with Americare since August 2022. My conversations with the administration has been very productive (Quality care personnel Bailie, Elliott and Cheryl). My favorite aides are Alisha, Shelbie, Lacey, and Tina. They take great care of me. I would recommend AmeriCare.

Hands down the employees of this company put the word “Care” into the company name AmeriCare Weatherford !!! A year ago I found my self totally and out of no where thrown in to having maintain and oversee 24/7 care for my father after a brain bleed. My parents wish and request was always to stay independent for as long as possible. After getting medical instructions that my father is a fall risk, and speaking with over 30 different companies, and working directly with 3 different companies. AmeriCare Weatherford was the first and only company that said “ What are your needs? We don’t work with the VA, but let me see what we can do and how we can make this work for you and your dad”. I can not tell you how those words allowed my to take a breath for the first time !! No body ever asked me for permission to help me!!! Also Americare Weatherford is the only company out of all that we worked with that came and continue home visit(s) after signing the contract!! They are always assessing my dad to ensure he is getting the right care; they always introduce the client and care giver prior to the care giver starting the case! Which is a huge relief from someone just showing up at your door and you having to review and show the care giver what is needing done. /. Management actually trains the caregiver on site for the clients needs. The company is always hiring care givers for the right fit with clients. It is very apparent that they care about their employees, and offer them continued education, as well as, helping them make the next step in their careers. Management is so intune to the client, that they themselves will step in assist a client when an emergency my arise with a caregiver. I know this review is quiet lengthy, but I can not tell you how pleased; relieved; happy; safe; and overly satisfied my dad and family are about AmeriCare Weatherford. AmeriCARE in Weatherford Texas, particularly the one managed by Robert Ybarra, is outstanding in all regards. I was repeatedly amazed with the family support role that he and his team provided. Let me explain, I was out of state and needed direct care and oversight for a family member who was very ill. They provided dependable caregiving of expected quality but much more. They were flexible, met all of our needs including emergency situations where Robert would come to the rescue. And I mean to the rescue, any time of day or night. It was incredible and more than I ever expected from a service provider. He managed a great team, provided good people for the situation at hand, communicated exceptionally well and provided good platforms for electronic monitoring of the finance and time schedules. It was very much like having a family member help out in times of need. This support helped our family navigate a very rough time, he had good suggestions, led us to other support within AmeriCARE and the community when needed. I believe Robert and his team made the difference in the positive outcome and success that we have seen in the recovery of our family member. They continue to provide services to us, it's now been over 3 months and we plan to keep them going forward even though it will be reduced hours, because things are so much better! THE VALUE OF THIS SERVICE IS EXCEPTIONAL AND THE QUALITY IS SUPERB. I can see why the Senior Citizen manager in Weatherford recommended Robert Ybarra and AmeriCARE and SO DO I.
