I am writing to provide feedback on a home‑health nurse from Footprint Home Care Services, who visited my home on 10/22]. Unfortunately, the care provided was unsafe, unprofessional, and below standard. Specifically, the nurse:Did not identify herself.Did not wash her hands prior to handling my sister’s implanted port.Did not bring the required supplies for proper port care.Did not check my sister vitals, which is standard protocol before accessing a port.Was not knowledgeable about the correct procedure for flushing my sister’s port.Performed care in street clothes instead of appropriate attire.These actions significantly increased the risk of infection, occlusion, and other complications. Proper port care is a critical medical procedure, and these lapses demonstrate a serious lack of competence and adherence to professional standards.I recommend that the agency review the nurse’s training and adherence to safety protocols to prevent similar risks for other patients. Home health care should be delivered safely, professionally, and in accordance with established medical guidelines.

This is by far the best experience I ever had. The staff members can actually predict what you want before you ask them. They are fully devoted and concentrated on your needs and desires. I highly recommend their services to anyone seriously in need of care and support.

FootPrints home care services is one the best home health agencies that we have known so far. Our son needs skilled nursing care at home because of his medical diagnosis. We tried different agencies in the past but none of them were able to provide consistent care. The nurse would show up one day and next day there would be no one coming to work, and the excuses of the agencies used to be that they’re short staffed. Our son’s APD care coordinator recommended FootPrints home care services to us. When we talked to Ms. Yvonne at FootPrints, she sent the nurses for our son right away. Since then, we never have any issue about my son not getting skilled care nursing at home. We are so thankful to our son’s APD care coordinator to help us finding the reliable home health care services. Ms. Yvonne at FootPrints is the best. She always put her clients and their family first. Thank you so much for your service.

Footprints provided us with an amazing worker. Susan did an excellent job for us! She wasn't here long but left an imprint on our family. She showed up every day and treated our son like he was one of her own. Love the job she did!!!

She is God sent..I was new to st Petersburg n she helped us with everything..She became a very important part of our lives..She was always there with great ideas to keep my daughter busy..Whenever an emergency she made sure I had help to back me up...I landed out in hospital n she was there to make sure I had 24 hour respite..She goes out her way to make sure paperwork is done correct n efficient..I'm now in West palm beach n I can still call her with questions about services..Please know when u call Yvonne she is the best of the best to make sure u have answers to all your questions..Stay blessed n 🙏 I will miss her..20 stars for Ms Yvonne who is like the best for our children knowing her has been a blessing. She does her job flawlessly n keeps our kids safe n happy..
