When seeking care for my uncle whose paralysis kept him either wheelchair or bed bound we searched and searched. After meeting with several TLC employees we knew this was a perfect fit! From the personalized care to the witty banter, the staff is always on top of what our family needs. Its really the little things, like leaving new quotes or even jokes on our family white board that has made this such a heartwarming experience! I contacted TLC home care to inform them that the client they are billing has passed away since I would not give them my name they hung up the phone on me. I do not recommend these heartless lack of caring, not loving people to work on your home the amount they are trying to send this poor old lady to collections for is $343 however the total amount they would like to collect from interest and fees is now $1236.92 that is four times the original amount. so this poor old lady who is now dead is being charged 4 times the original amount. probably services that weren’t very loving and caring. I I have sent this letter back to them with a slash a crossed it stating this person does not live here and they keep sending it to finally I’m like why am I getting dead persons mail again? I called them to say this individual is deceased, and was hung up on so caring so loving click hang up.. I have to add more. I just realized that I called them at 3 AM in the morning they answered however, since they could not receive payment or information leading to payment when I told them the clients name deceased they hung up on me and told me to call back during normal business maybe they’ll read this comment and realize that Tammy Wendelin has passed away

TLC is hands down the best care provider in Anchorage. Tracy, the owner is honest and endearing. She is hands on and responsive, exactly the kind of person you would want to entrust your 98 year old father to.

These folks provide a much-needed service (transport an in-patient client post procedure, and settle the client in at home, as needed) at a very reasonable charge. Service arrangements were easy to make, and reliably delivered. They earned my trust, my repeat business, and my confident recommendation.
