Visiting Angels

Highly recommend Visiting Angels. We had to contact them last minute to arrange someone to sit with a family member overnight and they delivered, not once but twice! Thanks to Tomi we had peace of mind for our loved one. Jeff and his team were very professional and friendly. We will definitely use them again if the need arises.

Visiting Angels has been such a blessing to our family by helping take care of my husband. Everyone was very kind and respectful to him as they cared for him. I found them to be experienced in the care that they gave him. Special thanks to Angela, Amanda, Drake, Marae for the kindness that they showed to him. For not only helping take care of him but making sure supplies were replenished, cooking, doing dishes, taking out the trash, help get ting him up in the chair with the lift, and just sitting and talking to him even if he couldn't answer. One of the biggest reasons we have been so satisfied with Visiting Angels is that they are excellent communicators and if you need any extra hours or an extra shift then they will get right back to you and they will do their best to accommodate your schedule. When the caregivers arrive, they are ready to work: They are dressed professionally, they have clean shoes, they are well mannered, they are punctual, and they ask good questions to verify that they have all of the correct information that they need for the day. Visiting Angels enjoy their interactions with your loved ones and their shifts go by very quickly because your loved ones have such an enjoyable experience with them. Our family is so grateful for Visiting Angels because of the feeling of relief we feel that we can rest assured that a loved ones are taking care of safely.

Visiting Angels provided a caring and professional service to us as we needed temporary care with my mom's visit. With this being a temporary request, it did not hinder their prompt attention in making my mom a priority in finding excellent care to meet our level of needs. Their commitment to client care was evident and made us feel completely at ease with the level of care for my mom; each caregiver was compassionate and added a special caring touch to her unique care. Visiting Angels supplied caretakers for my Mom for an extended period of time. I was extremely happy and pleased with their support and care and concern they showed for Mom.
