Visiting Angels have been extremely helpful with my 82 year old mother. They have gone out of their way to be helpful and the lovely lady who comes to my Mom's home is wonderful. She is far more patient with my Mom then I am. Brent walked me through the whole procedure so I would understand how everything would worked. He then visited with my Mom and myself and explained everything a second time so that she would understand. On the first day of visits he was there to introduce my Mom's Visiting Angel to her and myself. We have been comfortable with everything over the past 6 weeks. Brent's office manager has been a delight to work with concerning some individual details. Visiting Angels came highly recommended and I would also recommend them.
Brent and his team of Angels were just that to my sister and me. Mom had a quick onset of dementia, as fast as a few months, and Dad, who is 10 years older and frail, had difficulties functioning day to day. With out Visiting Angels, my sister and I would have completely fallen apart trying to keep up with their care. They went out of their way on many occasions to help us. They communicated with us, so we knew what was happening at their house each day. They are now finally safe and secure in Assisted Living. We'd highly recommend their services. And if you were wondering? Their fees and service times are in line with other companies offering similar services. Thank you!!!

Terry Rusch, owner of Aurora Visiting Angels, is an angel himself. He jumped in at the last minute when my father needed caregivers during an emergency health situation. He provided wonderful caregivers, was involved in the process the whole way and was always kind and professional. This particular Visiting Angels is the best in the city! Thank you Terry!
My brother and I found ourselves in a crunch when our mother moved out of our parents Denver home to AZ for cancer treatment, leaving 90 year old dad on his own. We rapidly came to realize that dad was falling down, and could not care for himself. I searched for multiple "in-home" assistance firms. Most would not return my calls or provide references. Then I found Terry Ruch of Visiting Angels Denver. Terry quickly put his best staff in place (within a day) and a lot of extra effort into making sure dad was well attended for.
These businesses are franchises. The difference is the owner/operator--and in this case the very great Terry Ruch. I would be happy to serve as a reference upon request. Just reach out to Terry and have him give you my email. Thank you Terry and team. -Nate
