The Caring Connection

Caring Connection has been part of my family's life for the past 2 years. The service they provide is outstanding and professional. The aides took very good care of both my parents and showed much compassion. I knew when they were there, I had no worries, especially while my parents lived in assistant living. They were my eyes and ears, and if it wasn't for them at times, I would never have known whether my parent was ill and needed more assistance. These ladies were always on top of things and always kept in contact with me. I would highly recommend Caring Connection for you loved ones. Thank you Caring Connection for all you have done. Mom and Dad are now at peace and once again united forever!

I chose the Caring Connection after a stellar recommendation by a local hospital social worker when my father was hospitalized. Their staff is extremely trust worthy and dedicated to their patients. Plus it is evident that they truly care for the people in their care. They are not a franchised company either which is a plus and the owner has been involved in the local healthcare community for 35+ years. Initially I was concerned living 500 miles from my parents in Bethlehem but never had an issue, as I had complete trust in the care, professionalism and prompt responsiveness that was demonstrated by the Caring Connection staff. Therefore I highly recommend this compassionate and caring team!!!

The Caring Connection was recommended to us when our mother needed in-home assistance and companionship on a daily basis. The caregivers were all very kind to Mom and made it possible for her to remain in her apartment for awhile longer. The office staff was always helpful and accommodating.

Our family contacted the staff at The Caring Connection to take care of our elderly parents at home. Because the caregivers were so helpful and dependable, we contacted the agency again several years later to be caregivers to my elderly aunt and uncle. Again, I have found the staff to be friendly, reliable, conscientious, and supportive of our family’s needs. When the going got rough and an emergency occurred, the caregivers were there for us staffing as many hours as we needed, even overnight. We were never left in the lurch when we required their services. A licensed social worker has joined the staff who is able to coordinate services and keep family members informed. The Caring Connection really does live up to its name!

We cannot thank Caring Connections enough for all of the exceptional care that they provided to my mom. The caregivers went above and beyond from providing care to my mom, helping out around the house, and being there for us to listen, laugh, cry, and talk as friends. We felt so relieved having them with us during this difficult journey because they were always there for us whenever we needed them. The caregivers were very reliable and compassionate. We could have complete trust in the caregivers, which is priceless. Each of the caregivers treated our family and friends with the upmost respect and have become like a second family to us. They have made this difficult journey much easier. The caregivers have many years of experience and a wealth of knowledge when it comes to caring.
