I completely recommend Home Instead if you are looking for help in your home for yourself or for a family member. They have been a tremendous help for my dad after he had an injury earlier this year. April came in and we love her! She takes such good care of our dad and puts our minds at ease. In fact, now that dad has recovered from his injury, we kept April on to help him with lighthouse work and meal prep. Everyone in this company is so professional and top-notch. They provide excellent communication and make sure you feel comfortable every step of the way in the decision-making process to find the level of care to suit your needs. They really do care and treat everyone involved just like their own family. April has been a blessing to us and Home Instead has been a life saver!

Home Instead has consistently provided excellent Caregivers for almost 3 years as our family managed to keep my dad at home for as long as possible. When it came time to move my dad to assisted living, two beloved caregivers who felt like part of our family continue to provide care for him in the facility. Highly recommend!!! This company has helped my family out on several different occasions over the years (needing a sitter in the hospital, and at home for elderly relatives). They provide such peace of mind. We have had different caregivers over the years, and they have always been helpful and professional. The director of client care, Karen, has been a life saver, always making sure my family is well taken care of even on short notice. I would highly recommend their services!!!

The staff are amazing! Kind, courteous, and extremely helpful. The office team members are phenomenal as well. We have utilized Home Instead for my mom for the last 8 years and I can truly say they are family. Home Instead has provided wonderful and skilled care to my Mom for over seven years. They are thoughtful to match my Mom with care givers that have similar personalities (outgoing/social, thoughtful, curious and fun). While many care givers work with my Mom for years, we like that they are provided by a service (Home Instead) and that they can match new people as needed, as well as handling insurance, background checks and other logistics.
