Cassandra and Tonika have trail blazers in assisting and caring for an elderly and stroke victim. These 2 made the job easier and the client very happy as to the reaction of his loved one. I would definitely recommend this group to all out there. They are both caring and never fall short of expectations and their promises.

This was by far the least professional agency I have used for my dad. My dad fell and hit his head one morning with a caregiver from this agency, but I was not alerted until late that night. The owner’s excuse was that she was burned out..... So I guess your loved one is at the mercy of her emotions for that day. Another time I was never alerted that someone I had never met was coming to care for my dad instead of his normal caregiver. I only found out because the stranger called to ask me a question. Any other agency would be better than this one.

One Call to First Light, and they were there to help me when I needed a extra hand. The Caregiver was so nice to my Aunt, we could not have made the decisions we did with our their guidance. Thank you!

Frist light home care came in an took care of my dad the nurses that came out was very professional....Ms.Tina always call when it was needed for care for my dad. Thank you

Place is a mess! People are rude & the pay is so unacceptable. Nobody tries help you, they just demand what they want.
