Reliacare has been a lifesaver to me as I continue to take care of my 92 year old aunt. The caregivers are warm, friendly, and very caring. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a caregiver for a loved one.

My review for ReliaCare is long overdue. When my mother, who was a very private, proud and independent woman needed around the clock care due to advanced cancer, and my stepfather, suffering from Parkinson’s could not take care of her, I reached out to ReliaCare for help. From my first contact I knew I had made the right call. The people at ReliaCare were compassionate and listened to my concerns and my parent’s needs. They put certain things in perspective for me which helped me understand my parent’s reluctance to having help even though they needed it. They helped walk me through the process with the long term care insurance and handled everything efficiently and in a timely manner. They reassured me each step of the way that they were here for me as well as for my mom and stepfather. While the office staff was wonderful, the woman they chose for my mom was over the top unbelievable. Terry’s kindness, compassion, gentle nature, understanding of my mom’s needs, including physical, spiritual and emotional, were beyond my expectations. There was nothing Terry would not do to help make my mom comfortable during a time she was terribly uncomfortable. She was respectful of boundaries while treating my mom with loving compassion, as if she was her own mother. While Terry was hired as my mom’s caregiver, she was very attentive to my stepfather who had many health issues and was not an easy man to please. Even he loved Terry. In fact, after my mom passed, Terry stayed on to care for him. Terry taught my mom her final life lessons about judgement, receiving help and vulnerability. I am and always will be grateful to the staff at ReliaCare for making a very difficult time a bit easier.
