I highly recommend this personal care service. Shameka Page was consistently punctual, respectful, and incredibly kind to my grandmother. She went over and beyond, engaging her in conversations, helping her with light housekeeping, and ensuring she took her medication on time. My family is grateful for the peace of mind this company has provided.

I wish to commend Melinda with Personal Care for her help and concern with the care of my husband.  She has filled in on Mr. Davis’ care when our scheduled care worker never came to work …….  And now when it is difficult to find and keep care assistance she is again filling that slot and trying to maintain her office work also !
As a wife with no relatives in this state the 7/24 a week soon tires one out and causes
emotional problems which are no fault of my disabled husband !

I really love my care giver Nikki Ruffin ,I don't need to tell her what to do ,she comes in looking professional her make up and hair always beautiful and acting professional .she's very contagious I love our talks and her laughter.
I quit looking around anymore cause everything is always done perfectly and my candle are blown out. I can talk to her about anything,we talk about our kids,to cars...lol she picks up my medicine from the pharmacy,she goes shopping 🛒 for me.(Sorry Nikki) (I got to save some space on here about 1st love Ms.Tina Ruffin ) Tina is a down home southern woman) ,she will make you laugh to you pee your diaper.shes a great house cleaner , makes sure I take my medicine 💉' 💊 and knows I'm have OCD,so she also cleans very well even tho I know at times it can be tuff she don't let it show she's always happy , smiling.she promise me she was gonna get me a good worker and she sure did I'm happier better person.
And what I love best, is they both
Love the Lord our God our Savior.
Please give them a raise to keep them for me .

I have been with the agency for approximately 3 months. The services that I am receiving from Mrs Fannie Burns, she is my caregiver and I love her dearly.  She is always punctual and very very professional.  The main office is located in Covington TN and I haven't had a chance to see that office. However I have been to the location in Somerville Tn and it is very professional atmosphere the I experience was very pleasant.
