Visiting Angels

I recently had surgery that required 24-hour assistance for five days and nights in my home. After searching for an organization that would provide me with a safe in-home recovery, I selected Visiting Angels. The caregivers sent were all consistently professional, caring, responsible, and protected me from any potential issues I may get myself into. Overnight, they managed my medication and made sure that I was comfortable. They also drove me each day to my physical therapy sessions. On the first day, I knew I had made the right decision. I needed a caregiver but also someone who wanted to be there to support my recovery. Each far exceeded my expectation. I will use Visiting Angels again and recommend them to others.

My wife and I have been very pleased with the services offered. I am currently using an "Angel" once a week. She arrives promptly and assists with my care by providing meals and helping with activities. The office staff was/is very helpful in determining a "fit" for us as well as when circumstances arise that the schedule needs to be adjusted slightly.

I had an awesome experience with Visiting Angels! From start to finish. Friendly atmosphere, professional, and answered any question you may have. I look forward to starting next week. Visiting Angels were my family's saving grace. I could not have prayed for a more caring, nurturing, or patient caregiver than Dianne from Visiting Angels. First off, this review IS for the correct office and I find the owner's response very telling. She doesn't address any if the problems, just tries to blame someone else. Now my review - Wish I could give 0 stars. Caregivers are hit or miss, one will be amazing and the next will sleep or stare at their phone the whole time. The biggest problem is the total incompetence of the office staff. They don't communicate with clients, caregivers or each other. You think you have caregivers scheduled then no one shows up or someone shows up when you don't need them. And good luck trying to reach a staff member on the weekend, it's not going to happen. The only thing that you can consistently count on is a bill showing up in the mail every week. Only use these people if you don't care about your loved one being taken care of!
