I cannot say enough good things about this service. After having a horrible experience with a competitor, I found Heavensent. I needed someone on short notice to care for my mother in her home. Sharon, the intake person was polite and professional, their service contract was reasonable and the two aides they sent to my mother were professional, punctual and capable. I live a plane ride away from my mother and this company gave me the peace of mind I needed that my mother was well cared for. The company was responsive and a pleasure to do business with. I will happily work with them again!

Heavensent was an absolute pleasure to work with.  My mother was under the care of their aides for approximately 3 years.  Every aide was well trained and so very compassionate.  They took care of every single one of my mother’s needs as she could not care for herself. My mother was happy, safe, kept well and loved in her own home because of heaven sent. I never had to worry! I would highly recommend Heavensent.

Reggie Smith and his staff provided outstanding support to my mother over many years.  My mother lived alone and was 1,500 miles from me, yet Heavensent's care and responsiveness assured me that she was well looked after.  There were a number of occasions when Reggie and his caregivers went beyond what you might expect from such an organization.  I would recommend Reggie and Heavensent without hesitation.

I consider it an honor to have this opportunity to speak about our experience with Heavensent. We met 9 years ago with them supplying my dad with first part time then full-time health care providers, first at home then at an assisted care facility. Heavensent’s support for my dad for 5 years was a dream come true. For the last 4 years they have been supplying support for my mom at home. She also has used both live in and full-time rotation of 5-6 health care providers to cover the schedule for 24/7. In every instance dealing with Heavensent, they have always been available 24/7, yes nights and weekends. They have always been responsive, caring, loving, nurturing and hand holding the whole way through all kinds of personal challenges. I don’t have one complaint about heaven sent. Sharon was fantastic. There was one point when one of the aides got sick and had to leave and that very same day they replaced her with someone who was absolutely just as perfect which I never dreamed would be possible!  It’s a horrible time to get through and I feel like I could not have done it in such a peaceful way without Heaven Sent. It’s personalized care.
