I called this agency inquiring about an ad on indeed and at the first the lady who answered was helpful in telling me the criteria... So she gives the phone to a gentleman who begins talking but couldn't understand a thing he was saying due to a thick accent but still listened. The man thought he hung up the phone but didnt.....in the background a woman was saying that I was a scammer or somebody suspicious.. The lady was just sounding crazy...When the man finally hung up the phone...I called back and a lady answered the phone.. I told her I didn't appreciate being thought I was someone else. I was just inquiring about a job. THE LADY GOT REAL RUDE AND HUNG UP AND THREATENED TO CALL THE POLICE...after checking out this company with a 3.1 rating.......I definetely wouldnt waste my time or professionalism on this company. PEOPLE CALL AND INQUIRE ABOUT JOBS ALL THE TIME... WHY WOULD YOU THINK I WAS A SCAMMER OR SUSPICIOUS PERSON PLAYING ON THE PHONE.... LEARN TO BE PROFESSIONAL AND LISTEN TO WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING AND NOT BE RUDE AND VULGAR. IF YOUR RUDE ON THE PHONE I CAN IMAGINE IN PERSON.

THIS PLACE IS GRAT! My grandma is treated very well. We feel like family at M & S home care services! Highly recommended if not a part yet!
