We had a very positive experience with Home Instead. They were extremely accomodating. We were going through a stressful week and the support and flexibility in scheduling we received was well above my expectations. We had several care givers and they were all nice, reliable and very competent in taking care of my family member who has dementia. I would definitely use them again.
Home Instead was a wonderful service. They were Fantastic with my Dad, Herb. They were friendly, respectful and made sure he was safe and eating well. Sandy & Brady were just wonderful with him. I met Kyle who helped me with the process and explaining what all they could do, and the transition was Great. The admin staff was great as well. Would answer any questions that I had.
