They were supposed to send someone out and I gave them more then 3 chances but every time was a no call no show except once and she only stayed an hour. When ever I called the office to see where my person was there was always an excuse of the person called out or had car problems ect.....but I was never notified till I called and when the one person went to the store for me she didn't have the receipt to give me and said she'd bring it back the next morning when she said she would come back but she never came back and the office said they didn't have her scheduled. DONT USE THESE PEOPLE THEY ARE NOT RELIABLE AT ALL! When you contact a place like this it's because you NEED it. I've been diagnosed with breast cancer and had restrictions but I've had to just do everything on my own. I was really depending on the help as I live alone but they are not a company you can depend on. (Posted for my sister Debbie W.)

I can not give them negative stars, or I would. DO NOT CALL THEM. I am a 50+ disabled, mentally and physically woman. I have tried to work with them for 3 years. During that time, I had 3 different consistent caretakers and several fill ins. I also had caretakers start and never come back to the agency. The first consistent caretaker was AMAZING. Then she took vacation and decided not to come back. The second caretaker I had was AWFUL. She was abusing me, passive aggressively. Then she brought her daughter, who had strep to my house. That was it for her. The third consistent caretaker I had was half ass and decided to steal from me. That was it. Three months , finally get a consistent AWESOME caretaker, and they give me the boot. Why? They told me it was because I accused 3, then 2, of their caretakers of stealing. I heard from another person it was actually because I complained too much. I am sorry. I like good, consistent, non abusive care. You should teach your non-skilled caretakers better. When they are good, they do what is expected before I say anything. They don't have to ask me what to do. DO NOT USE THIS CARE SERVICE. They hire anyone off the street. They don't have to check to see if someone knows how to clean. Everyone should, but most were never taught. They give an orientation telling them what they can and can not do. Shameful.

An angel named Barbara came to me through this company and I feel blessed to have her help. Until I got Long Term Care, I accessed services through Larimer County Office on Aging. I had three different agencies over 2 years and at least 10 different caregivers. None of them was close to the excellent help I get from Barbara. After our first week together I called and told them they'd better treat Barbara right, as she is a keeper!

Thank you doesn't seem enough to express my appreciation of you folks and the great services you provide. Noemi has been a terrific help. From cleaning to laundry, and even helping with cooking. I absolutely love this company; they have amazing office staff and management. Everyone is just amazing.
