Visiting Angels

Our family loved working with the Visiting Angels Fremont team! Our 92-year-old disabled veteran father needed help putting together a new life after the passing of his wife. Visiting Angels helped him establish new routines and life skills. We really appreciated the loving care he received from his caregivers, Wendy and Annette. When he was ready, Visiting Angels helped our family transition our dad to assisted living. Rose and Adwoa, the back-office team, were very helpful with VA benefits and scheduling. Thank you Visiting Angels!

I cannot express my gratitude to the entire staff of caregivers and coordinators at Visitng Angels in Fremont. Wow. I was panicked and they helped quickly assemble a team for 7 days a week when my father had a major surgery and went from indeoendent (and living alone) to needing care with his ADLs and fall protection. My Dad adored his “Angels” and they each went above and beyond to be on time and to treat him with care and respect. They listened and did exactly what he needed. At one point a sub was needed due to iillness and they quickly found a wonderful sub which was huge - I live out of state and felt helpless ! Communication has been a 10/10 - extremely timely and complete. I highly recommend anyone looking for care 4-24 hours a day consider this route - especially if the client wants companionship and help to remain at home.

Over the last year in addition to the outstanding routine caregiving services supplied by Visiting Angels, advanced services for my grieving, loss of hearing, loss of memory and arthritis have also been addressed. Doing so has required assigned caregiving actions to support scheduling and coordinating the availability of other professionals. As a result, significant progress has been made in improving my health. Our thanks extend to the Angels thereby earning a strong recommendation of our Family of the Firm for both routine and advanced care giving needs.

Our family’s experience with Visiting Angels (Fremont) was exceptional beyond comparison. Our mother was very particular about who was in her living space. When it was time to select the specialized care she required, we settled on Visiting Angels (Fremont). Mom and her angel (Maggie) hit it off from the first introduction. Maggie’s love, patience, compassionate and caring spirit was a tremendous Blessing and relief for our family. We would be remiss if we didn’t acknowledge the other 3 angels who stepped in on shifts Maggie was unable to cover. They were true angels indeed! I see why this staff is among the best. Once you meet the Owner (Amma), it is obvious the angels represent their mission in every way. Though Mom has passed, we will never forget them and plan to stay in touch.
