Our family has had a very positive experience working with Concierge Care in Gainesville. We needed CNA support to help our mother transition from the hospital to skilled nursing rehab and eventually back to assisted living. Planning the initial consultation to evaluate her level of care and needed services could have been overwhelming, but Kayla and Penny made the process manageable with their knowledge and compassion. The office staff and care coordinators have been wonderful about maintaining communication and helping with scheduling, even through a few changes and adjustments as we worked to find the right fit for our mother. We truly appreciate their patience, professionalism, and genuine care throughout this process.

The follow-up from the nurse to ascertain my needs and giving further explanation about what to expect made the process go even smoother.The pick-up and drop off to and from my health appointment was excellent.
