Visiting Angels have been outstanding in my vets home health care his angel takes care of mopping dusting Landry she and him also have a great time chatting about life and most importantly she gives myself the opportunity to run errands and have my personal time to be able to better assist him. Visiting Angels have been a small miracle they provide excellent care and still give myself the opportunity to have a few moments of peace. I would strongly recommend that you call Visiting Angels for your loved one and rest assured that they are truly taking care of your loved ones. Excellent service polite and trustworthy team. Knowing that when you get your me time you know your family member is safe and taken care of. Also note that if you have any concerns about the care the office handles your concerns quickly and resolves any problems your might have . Again a outstanding company.

I have been working with with Visiting Angels almost ten years now. It has been a great experience as a nurse monitor. The office staff are very professional. The supervisors always supportive, providing timely training, teaching and feedback. They are quick on responding to issues, providing support and encouragement. The care and assistance provided by Jill Greenleigh, intake supervisor at Visiting Angels-Gaithersburg, has been a life saver for our loved one. From the start of our conversation about services Ms. Greenleigh put me at ease and I was reassured in knowing that someone would care about my family member as much as I do. We started services this week and so far Visiting Angels has done everything she said they would do. I am very pleased.

Very reliable team! Everything was well coordinated from pickup to return. The Visiting Angels driver arrived very early in the morning for my cataract surgery and was there to take me home afterwards. I appreciated how punctual and organized they were for such an important appointment.

Germaine’s presence makes our weekends feel calmer and more manageable. She understands our needs without having to be told, and she always approaches her work with a warm smile and a caring heart.
