Home Instead

Our Mother was in hospice care for one week and the team from Home Instead were absolutely amazing providing 24/7 care for mom. One individual who was part of the team, Dalia, was with us when Mom passed away. Her care for Mary that day was incredible. The one thing that stood out for me was how Dalia was part of our family and how she helped us make Mom comfortable and peaceful right up to the end. Her compassion and empathy for Mom, Dad and me was very comforting during a very difficult process. I would highly recommend the use of Dalia and the entire team at Home Instead if the need ever arises to provide in home services, wellness, and hospice care. Sincerely, Greg Jensen

If I had an option of giving Home Instead 10 stars I would!!! It all started when my wife Joanie said " Lloyd, we need help". I've been with Home Instead for almost 2 years now and I have nothing but great things to say about this outfit. My wife past away shortly after Home Instead came into our home, and they made my bereavement easier. Jesus Christ and Home Instead got me through it. I like my life the way that it is now and that is because of Home Instead. My care team is excellent, Joy is my primary caregiver and she is a great JOY, she is always on point with ,my care and is at times my wonderful counselor. I enjoy the company of my other two caregivers Felicia and Janice as well, both of them are very kind, patient and caring. Janice cooks an amazing over easy egg. I went to their office and met the owner Tom, what a great gentleman, their staff are very welcoming and represent Home Instead to the nines. Olynka, the scheduling manager has become my good friend and comes to my home to drink coffee and swap stories on a regular basis. Dani their client care manager checks in on me and I truly enjoy her visits., Both are extraordinary Ladies that go above and beyond for me. Lizzie their weekend coordinator has been my caregiver at times and she is the sweetest. I have recommended Home Instead in the past and I will continue to do so. Them coming to my home has been one of the best life decisions I have ever made.

We’ve been very happy with the service provided by Home Instead. Our caretaker, Denise, is a wonderful lady with a fantastic work ethic. She is kind, reliable and truly dedicated to what she does. It’s clear she genuinely cares and that makes all the difference. We feel fortunate to have her support- highly recommend!

Fleshia of Home Instead Green Valley was an excellent caregiver for a dear friend of mine as she transitioned from care to hospice. She was compassionate, professional, caring and wonderful to her patient. She would do everything that was necessary plus and always was pleasant. She was also kind to the many friends that would stop to see the patient. If you need a caregiver, I would highly recommend her!

Very caring experience so far with Carla. She has connected with my Mom almost immediately! Such a relief, knowing that the person caring for my Mom has taken the time to get to know her! Thanks ☺️
