Home Instead

My daughter and I have been with Home Instead for 5 years. This is a great company they know how to take care of there employees and offer great benefits for the workers. Brandi has been a client and has great success with other care givers helping her when I the mother have to give up hours and need extra help with her while working in the music business.

My name is Ellen Chamberlain. In the fall of 2024, we contracted with Home Instead to care for our daughter, Karen, who had been diagnosed with ALS. The people at Home Instead came in and immediately took over Karen's daytime home care. What a relief! They are professional, empathetic, and caring. We would especially commend Holly who was so loving and kind throughout it all. Karen died four days ago. We would like to extend our appreciation to everyone at Home Instead who assisted Karen in her final days and hours. Thank you all.

We chose Home Instead in January 2019 for my mother who suffered from dementia because of problems we had with another company. It is my pleasure to recommend Home Instead. They sent kind, professional, and caring people who took excellent care of my mother. These caregivers treated her like their own mother. In any situation like this, small problems can arise from time to time. Anytime there was an issue, it was addressed in a timely manner. My mother died peacefully in her home last week under the care of Home Instead. I am so grateful that Mama was able to stay in her home thanks in part to these wonderful people.

Home Instead helped us when we needed it the most! When our family was down and out they swooped in and played the superheroes they are. We were able to continue to work and have our family life while getting to stress less about our dying family member. They took care of all those little things you just don’t think about.

I am so pleased that this group of AMAZING people is available to the residents of Hot Springs. They are remarkably educated, trained, and professional; and when they say it’s “Personal” to them, they are serious! I am so grateful to know most of the staff in Hot Springs and I highly recommend their services to any and all who might need help, whether it is on a consistent basis (24/7) or as needed. The owners and staff strive to provide the most skilled care at a minimum price, and they fit each caregiver to each family situation for the best possible outcome. You will be GLAD you called them.
