I can't say enough positive things about Corinthian. She embodies compassion, patience, empathy and kindness all in one. She is not only loved dearly by my Mom, but is so easy to be around my family. Corinthian is proactive with her care, always asking for more things to help with and always delivering a gentle touch to her work. A truly wonderful soul. Equally as valuable is Shanita. With her years of experience and solutions-oriented mentality in healthcare, she has demonstrated a tremendous understanding of care and management despite obstacles. Our family especially has appreciated her personal approach to things, actively assisting herself, and training caregivers to make sure the highest level of care is delivered every time.

I have been with Home Instead for over 2 years. I have had 2 different caregivers in that time. Both of them were great. The caregiver I have now will do whatever needs to be done and is pleasant and friendly and professional. I have never had a negative experience in the 2+ years I have been with them. I would not hesitate to recommend Home Instead to anyone and have had a positive experience.

We've been extremely grateful to have Elly as a caregiver. Her personality has been a great fit for my mom. It's nice to know that when we can't be there, my mom can spend time with someone whose company she really enjoys. Elly is a great companion and a HUGE help to us! We were in Indianapolis for our son’s wedding and needed healthcare services for my mother in law. We contacted and worked with the local Home Instead office and it was such a pleasure. The staff was responsive and followed up promptly with all the detailed information needed to secure healthcare services for my mother in law who is 82 years old. Isabel was the assigned caregiver and she was amazing! She was on time, she was kind, very experienced, professional, she listened and went over and beyond to make sure my mother in law was comfortable, happy and taken care of. My mother in law certainly gained a new friend in Isabel. She made us all feel safe while taking care of mom. We realized quickly she was taking excellent care of her. Our family and friends who attended the wedding made comments about how lovely Isabel is and were all interested in how we found her. She is truly a diamond in the rough! She is the epitome of “do what you love”. Thank you so very much, Isabel!!!!! You represent Home Instead well! They can be proud! Job well done! My husband and I are so appreciative that Home Instead agreed to provide us with a caregiver for the 2 days we were in town. We understand that the requested short term services is not something Home Instead would normally provide but they were extraordinarily accommodating and we are so grateful.
