Senior Helpers Los Alamitos

My experience with Senior Helpers has been wonderful. The principals of the agency, Steven and Kim, are kind, attentive, available and are engaged with their clients. From our first meeting, my mother and I had a good feeling about the agency. Kim and Steven assigned my mother, who was recently diagnosed with dementia, a caregiver who helped my mom remain living at home as long as she could. Alaisea, our primary caregiver, gave my mother and me peace of mind. The other caregiver staff who helped with additional shifts as we added more days were excellent as well. I highly recommend Senior Helpers.

Steven, Kim, and their team have been super helpful for my grandmother in Leisure World. We utilized their daily caregiving services for many months while figuring out how family can cover the majority of her needs. Now, anytime we have a last-minute need or an emergency comes up, we always check with Senior Helpers first and they are on point about getting us support. Their rates are competitive, and Steven & Kim being so involved since day one has meant better service for our family than we would have gotten from another agency. They seem to genuinely care about what they're doing for the elder community.

I can’t say enough about Senior Helpers of Seal Beach & Los Alamitos. They provided caregivers for my 96 year old Dad & both of the ladies who cared for Dad took such good care of him. He thoroughly enjoyed their company & we always knew he was in good hands when they were there. Whenever we had special requests Steven & Kimberly were right on it & made it happen. I would recommend Senior Helpers 100% … your loved ones will be well taken care of by this company!!!

Senior Helpers was an integral and amazing part of our final journey with our wonderful dad, husband, father-in-law. The entire office honestly felt more like family than a caregiver company. Steven and Kim were fantastic, coming out to visit with us to get things set up, always on hand to answer our phone calls and offer advice. Of particular note was Kathy, everyone’s favorite caregiver. Dad was a quirky individual, but Kathy very quickly became one of the most important parts of his final months. She knew when to help, when to be unobtrusive, when to talk, when to listen. She even participated in a Funny Wig dress-up with the family, the photograph of which is one of our favorite memories of those last difficult days. Thank you for everything, Senior Helpers!!

Steven was very responsive and helpful when we needed caregiving assistance for our dad. He was kind and explained everything clearly, and I know my parents appreciated the care. Highly recommend!
