Lydia has constantly shown patience and compassion in handling my grandpa with the utmost care. He absolutely adores her and her cooking. She remembers all the little things he likes, as he can be quite picky, and that has made her such a dear friend to my grandpa. Her communication skills are great, as she keeps a record of everything on his care throughout the day, both good and bad, and always brings up any concerns about his well being that she may have. We couldn’t have asked for a better caretaker and simply can’t recommend her enough to anyone else out there who needs a loved one taken care of.

They provided quality care givers who have been a saving grace to our family seeing as I work and couldn’t stay off work for too long . they’re well prepared, compassionate , highly skilled , attentive in their care , great communicators . I started using this caregiving service in the beginning of the year, and so far so good. They matched my Grandmother and Grandfather with compatible caretakers. They really are talkative people and so when they assigned Jeremy and Sonia to them, I wasnt sure at first but everything slowly fell into place! They provide my grandparents with the care and companionship that they need!
