Courageous Home Care

Courageous Home Care provides care for the elderly and/or disabled. The services they provide allow people to stay in their own homes. I love what this company does. Each department in the office works very hard to assist their members. Sometimes, in this kind of profession, it is very hard to please everyone. Courageous Home Care makes it their personal goal to at least try. Please consider using them for your home health care needs. I can almost guarantee (if you allow them to help you), you will not be disappointed.

If I could have put NO stars I would have. This is the most unprofessional agency I have ever dealt with. Sitters don’t show up. Sitters show up late and leave early. One sitter showed up with another person who stayed in the house with my dad and the sitter. Can you believe that??? In one months time they sent 4 different people all of which at sometime just didn’t show up. The office staff won’t call back in a timely manner. We were given this agency through the VA but I have called them (VA) to let them know how they are treating veterans. I hope the VA discontinues using this organization.

I am the client's daughter. Your company came across as being professional at first. I am very disappointed in the poor customer service, lack of trained cna's and staff and lack of overall professionalism. I have gone several weeks with no CNA's - they don't call or show up to work. Your job screening process seems inefficient and I am sure you have lots of other clients with the same issue. Do not hire this company!! You will be highly disappointed.

This company tries to come across as big professional company. Ha! Thats BS. I'm in the ICWP and have my own help,so i choose this company as my provider. HUDGE MISTAKE! They were constantly trying to screw my CNA out of money and if you call to get it straight they send u through 6 more people, none of whom no their butt from a hole in the ground and they lie to you constantly!! The nurse will make appointments then show up late evertime and rush you so she can be out in 8minutes or less. I'm no long with them and my CNA is still having a hard time getting these dishonest dummies to pay her what they owe her. If you're thinking of picking this company,i highly suggest you look else where. If you're thinking of getting a job with them don't exspect to get paid on time or at all. The most unscrupulous company I've ever had the misfortune to deal with!!!!

I have been working with this company for a week now and it has been nothing more than amazing. This company mission is to assist and serve. If I had a family member in need of services I would definitely recommend this company.
