Comforcare Home Care

Stephanie Hernandez is a wonderful, resourceful, intelligent, compassionate caregiver. In the 6 weeks she has been with us she has learned from scratch how to bath, shower, dress, prepare meals for, and generally a home for me, a hemiplegic CVA patient. And she does that 5 days a week with a smile, a winning personality, and deep understanding of me as a person. She is gentle, strong, and loving. She is as good as a PT at providing massages and exercises plus walking me with a walker! Who knew I could do all these things! She has also become a part of our small family. She is young at heart and spirit, but an adult in her spirituality and devotion.What a gift and a joy she is to us!

She is gentle and professional in caring for my physical limitations (which are many) and she is always good natured. We returned to Boise after six years away and she has helped immensely in getting me settled back in here, taking me to new doctors, and other providers. She is knowledgeable, neat, and perceptive of my needs, sometimes ahead of me. Who knew exercise can be fun! Comeforcare is always there, and easy to reach for a necessary schedule change or extra driver for me at other times. Theirs is the most efficient and pleasant staff and well run agency we have experienced in six years of other home care agencies.

Working with Comforcare for my husband was so easy and helpful, from the first phone call to the actual caregiving, everyone was professional, very competent and most of all compassionate.
